Filo Capsule Colllection is certainly the innovation which will draw the attention and the interest of visitors during the 63rd edition of Filo, which takes place on the 26th and the 27th of February 2025 at Allianz MiCo – viale Eginardo – Gate 3 – Milan.

Filo Capsule Collection is a collection of fabric prototypes made with yarns and textile materials provided by Filo’s exhibitors, shown at Filo63 in a special space in the “Dialoghi Creativi” Area, reserved to the R&D of innovative products and processes.

What really distinguishes it it’s the combination of high-level stylistic and qualitative content with a strong technical connotation, expressed through the in-depth technical data sheets that accompany each fabric made and each yarn used.

In order to emphasise the technical aspects of Filo Capsule Collection and to allow buyers, journalists and students from universities and technical institutes in the field to fully grasp its meaning and implications, Filo organises a number of guided tours to the collection.

Buyers and journalists’ tours will be led by an exceptional tour leader: Rossano Bisio, the Fabric Designer who curated this project for Filo.

On the other hand, as far as textile-fashion schools’ visits are concerned, the tour will be led by the students attending the ITS – TAM in Biella. In this way, a peer-to-peer encounter arose, where young students illustrate to their peers the secrets of high-quality yarns and fabrics and of an excellent manufacturing industry which deliver incomparable results.
