The opening ceremony of the 62nd edition of Filo is dedicated to Green Innovation. The choice of the topic and of the speakers participating in the ceremony that have been invited to talk prove the concrete steps forward taken by institutions and companies towards a real circularity within textile industry. Filo also wants to stress that this has been possible thanks to the strong collaboration existing among institutions, research centre, and companies, sharing that kind of mind concretely corresponding to ‘team up’ slogan.
RegioGreenTex is a project included in the scope of European Green Deal, which fosters the collaboration in R&D for textile industry among business, government, research institutes, public sector, to create a systematic company model of circular economy in the EU.
Paola Fontana, representing Po.in.tex, the reference Italian Cluster for the project, together with Next Technology Tecnotessile will describe the project.
The participants of the round table, moderated by Alessandra Chiara Guffanti, are four companies which are the protagonist of pilot projects, and they will share their direct testimony of the activities they are carrying out and their commitment.
The 62nd edition of Filo is scheduled to be held on the 18th and the 19th of September 2021 at Allianz MiCo – Milan.
