Filo62: Communicating and Educating to sustainability with Cittadellarte Fashion B.E.S.T. and Unidee-Academy

Cittadellarte Fashion B.E.S.T. (Better Ethical Sustainable Think-Tank) has been dedicated to the development and promotion of sustainability in the textile and fashion industry since 2009. It is a platform that brings together artists, companies, fashion designers, academics, brands, international institutions, scientists and visionaries.
Founded by Michelangelo Pistoletto and Franca Sozzani, Fashion B.E.S.T. identifies between the union and the dynamic balance characterized by the symbol of the Third Paradise, addressing different perspectives – art, fashion, science, sustainability, business – researching and activating “new imagery and new languages of a more responsible fashion.”
At the 62nd edition of Filo in the context of the Dialoghi di Confronto Laila Bonazzi (journalist, Sustainability Editor, Impact Communications Specialist e Content Creator), Maria Canella (director of Unidee-Academy) e Olga Pirazzi (director of BEST, the department dedicated to sustainable fashion at Fondazione Pistoletto will discuss about “Communicating and educating to sustainability”.
The appointment is at Allianz MiCo – Milano Convention Centre, Filo Networking Area
Wednesday 18 September 2024, at 4pm.
The dialogue addresses two fundamental issues for the “glocal” economy, namely education and communication to sustainability in the complex supply chains of the production and distribution system, and in particular in the fashion system starting with the basic element of yarn.
The 62nd edition of Filo will take place on 18 and 19 September 2024 at Allianz MiCo – Milan (via Gattamelata 5).
