The 60th edition of Filo will be held on September the 20th and 21st, 2023 (at Allianz MiCo – Milan, via Gattamelata 5). This is a very important meeting for the yarns and fibres’ exhibition, which will celebrate its 30 years of activity on that occasion. Filo wants to celebrate this goal looking at the future of textile industry, as per its “mission”, distinguishing it since the beginning. That is the reason why it dedicates the opening ceremony to “Good, Healthy, Clean, Fair, and Durable textiles: Slow Fiber”, with a discussion among important guests, such as the founder of ‘Slow Fiber’, Mr. Dario Casalini.

Sixty editions represent a great result for Filo, so that the Exhibition desires to celebrate them by increasingly strengthening its attention towards the main issues of the textile industry which accepts and meets the upcoming challenges. Through the idea of “Good, Healthy, Clean, Fair, and Durable textiles: Slow Fiber”, the topic of sustainability is indeed gaining a wider meaning, far from some phenomena such as ‘green washing’. Together with Mr. Dario Casalini there will be some important guests belonging to the institutional and business world to talk together on these new challenges. The opening ceremony of the 60th edition of Filo is scheduled on September the 20th, 2023 at 10.30 at Allianz MiCo – Milan.
