The appointment with the 56th edition of Filo – the exhibition where fashion starts – is scheduled for the 29th and the 30th of September 2021 at MiCo – Milan Convention Centre. Textile professionals will find many innovations at the Exhibition.
Among the different initiatives that Filo has proposed to strengthen the dialogue with exhibitors and visitors in view of its 56th edition, “Pronto? Filo!” stands out: short hints aiming at describing some suggestions about yarns and fabrics’ qualities which are mainly orientated to short-term market.
With this issue, the first series of ILoveFilo ends: through the interviews to exhibitors, we have found out the reasons why they have chosen to participate in Filo, together with an analysis of the strong points of the exhibiting companies which participated in the initiative. The result is a varied framework of the excellence’s production of the companies participating in Filo.

The emotion to meet each other face-to-face at the fair show – a shared feeling among visitors and exhibitors which was clearly perceivable along the aisles of the fair – has distinguished the 33rd Milano Unica edition (Fiera Milano Rho, on the 6th and the 7th of July), and it almost represents an outburst of energies after several difficult months. Filo has taken part in this ‘party’ for the textile industry as protagonist.
