FIERA MILANO RHO: A BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL EXHIBITION CENTRE

“Beautiful and well-made” is the slogan that characterizes the Italian textile-clothing system. However, it is a sentence that can be used equally well to describe the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition centre, where the 64th edition of Filo will be held on 23 and 24 September in Hall 14.

Fiera Milano Rho is one of the largest exhibition centers in the world. Designed by architect Massimiliano Fuksas, it has a sail as its symbol, a tribute to the journey that people and products undertake in global trade. Fiera Milano Rho is the location chosen by the major Italian international trade fairs in the most important industrial sectors for the functionality of the exhibition halls, characterized by simple volumes and the use of industrial materials, such as steel, glass, aluminum.
In the heart of Lombardy and at the center of Europe, Fiera Milano Rho is easily accessible by plane, train, car, and public transport: the Malpensa and Linate airports are just a few kilometers away, the A4 and A8 highways have dedicated exits, the Rho Fiera railway station is available for those choosing the train, while for those arriving by car a number of parking lots are available.
The exhibition center is connected to the center of Milan by the “Red Line” of the underground system. Inside the Rho exhibition center many services are available: restaurants and bars, banks, pharmacies and other different shops.
