Are we sure we know everything about natural and regenerated fibers? They are widely used in textiles and clothing and have a strong reputation for sustainability. However, their capacity for innovation and new developments remain little explored. This was discussed in one of the “Dialoghi di Confronto” at the 64th edition of Filo, in the talk titled “The New Era of Fibers: Knowledge, Traceability, Research, and Sustainability,” moderated by Giusy Bettoni of C.L.A.S.S.
