\nIn a textile industry that is constantly evolving and increasingly in search of technical skills, the issue of training new creative, competent and innovative talents becomes increasingly crucial and urgent. The Accademia del Colore was born from this need, and it\u2019s promoted by Finissaggio and Tintoria Ferraris.<\/p>\n
Francesco Ferraris will illustrate the objectives and characteristics of the initiative as part of the \u201cDialoghi di Cofronto\u201d of the 61st edition of Filo in the talk entitled \u201cAccademia del Colore\u201d.<\/p>\n
The appointment is at Allianz MiCo-Milan, Filo\u2019s Networking Area<\/p>\n

Among the topics covered in the talk, particular emphasis will be given to the importance of training new generations with transversal skills, capable of responding to the production challenges that increasingly demanding markets require. On the other hand, among the objectives of the Accademia del Colore stands out that of improving the attractiveness of the textile-clothing-fashion sector among young people, showing them the rewards they can find by working in a field that offers great opportunities for innovation and research.<\/p>\n
The 61st edition of Filo takes place on the 28th and 29th of February 2024 at Allianz MiCo \u2013 Milano (via Gattamelata 5).<\/p>\n
