Filo, the International Yarns and Fibres Exhibition, welcomes you to the 62nd edition.

The core area of Filo’s visit is the Area dedicated to Creative Dialogues, which proposes the top products of exhibitors’ collections. In this Area, you will also find the Quick Delivery Point and “Un Filo per la maglia”. The inspiration recalls with “Filo•Sophy” the creative proposals suggested by Gianni Bologna (responsible for Creativity and Style of Filo).

The Sustainability Area highlights the products of the companies participating in FiloFlow, the Filo’s sustainability project. The specific Green Catalogue of Filo, together with the general catalogue, is available to all visitors in the Sustainability Area, listing all exhibitors participating in FiloFlow.

The agenda of the two days of fair is rich in meetings and debates. Today, at 10.30 a.m. the inaguration ceremony will start, whose title is “Green Innovation in Europe. Through RegioGreenTex Project, Biella and Prato bring the companies towards the future of textile industry”.
The speakers will be: Paolo Monfermoso, Responsible for Filo; Matteo Masini, Manager of Consumer Goods Department of ITA- the Agency for the promotion and the internationalisation of Italian companies abroad; Marco Bortolini, President of the section Spinning Mills of the Unione Industriale Biellese; Paola Fontana, Città Studi – Po.in.tex Project Manager, who will present the project “RegioTexGreen”.
A round table will follow together with: Federico De Martini, General Manager of DBT Fibre; Moreno Marchesini, COO Operations – Director of OFFICINA+39; Fabio Giusti, Owner, and R&D Manager of Trafi Creatività Tessile; Giampiero Colò, Administrative and Financial Director of Marini Industrie. The moderator will be Alessandra Chiara Guffanti, Owner of Guffanti Concept Showroom.

During the two days of fair, the “Dialoghi di Confronto” will be held, within the Networking Area. They are short talks, held by eminent personalities coming from the textile-fashion industry, dealing with topical issues concerning this industry, as well as sustainability and traceability.
