The roadshow for the presentation of the 53rd edition of Filo was a success. The meetings in Biella, Milan and Prato registered a large and focused audience, made of exhibitors, professionals and journalists.
During the roadshow, Paolo Monfermoso, general manager of Filo, explained to exhibitors and professionals the layout that Filo will have in the new exhibiting area at MiCo. First of all, the Trend Area of Filo won’t be just bigger, but it will be divided into three parts, in distinct and separate areas within the exhibiting area: a classic trend area for the general collections, a quick delivery point area, and the Filo Flow area for sustainable products. Higher attention will be given to the welcoming of visitors and expressly dedicated working and “relax” areas will be added. However, there is one more innovation for the 53rd edition: two areas will be dedicated to knitting and trimming. Within the Exhibition, a (paid services) bar and restaurant will be opened during the two exhibiting days, in addition to the FiloLounge reserved to exhibitors and the press.
At the roadshow meetings, the innovations were greeted with great interest by the professionals, who understood the aim at making Filo a fair increasingly focused on the excellence of the products on display and characterised by efficient and effective services.
