This is the week of the road-show for the presentation of the 50^th  edition of Filo. The first two meetings were in Biella (on Monday, the 18^th of June) and in Milan (on Tuesday, the 19^th of June), and the presentation’s cycle in different Italian textile districts will end on Thursday the 21^st of June 2018 in Prato, at the Chamber of Commerce (via del Romito 71 – at 2.30 p.m.).

The road-show for the presentation of Filo is a much anticipated event since it represents a fundamental direct meeting between companies and organisers within different Italian textile districts.That is even more true in this occasion since in September Filo will shine with a “golden” appointment for its 50^th edition. It will be  also an occasion to look at the future.

Indeed, Paolo Monfermoso, general manager of Filo, during the meetings in Biella and Milan, has already stated that: ‘As Gianni Bologna stressed by entitling ‘Routes’ the product development proposals of the 50^th edition, Filo has come a long way from 1993 to present. But we want to consider the ‘first’ 25 years of Filo as a renewed starting point towards our usual objective: offering to the participating companies business’ opportunities and operating tools in order to strengthen their development and growth’.
