The Board of Directors of IdeaBiella (re-confirmed by the shareholders’ meeting) has appointed Alessandro Barberis Canonico as President, assisted by the vice-president Ercole Botto Poala and the treasurer Karel Rosa. Barberis Canonico succeeds Pier Luigi Loro Piana

In his first official declaration the new president thanked Pier Luigi Loro Piana: “Heartfelt thanks to Pier Luigi Loro Piana for his efforts and contribution in his ten years at the helm of Ideabiella. His foresight and experience have always guided our association through choices that made it grow, overcoming the adverse situations and uncertainties that our sector had to face. With his charisma he has been able to represent Ideabiella at Milano Unica, giving a strong impulse for the development and internationalization of the Milan event” – declared Alessandro Barberis Canonico.
