MADE IN FILO

During the 63rd edition, Filo presented an important novelty: the Capsule Collection Made in Filo. It is a real collection of fabrics realized and produced by Filo itself using the yarns of the companies present at the Exhibition. The aim of the project is to offer an effective portrayal of the ideas and suggestions contained in the trends and in the creative proposals developed for the season by Filo and released in video format approximately three months before the Exhibition.

The fabrics realized for the Capsule Collection Made in Filo are samples made specifically by the Exhibition for the Exhibition and are exhibited together with technical sheets about the yarns and the warp and weft processes used in the making of the fabric samples.

Filo exhibitors are protagonists in the Capsule Collection Made in Filo not only because they provide Filo with the materials to create the collection of fabric samples, but also because they contribute to building a real collection rich of solid ideas to understand – and realize – the development potential of the materials on display.

The Capsule Collection Made in Filo is an exclusive novelty in the trade fair panorama: for the first time an Exhibition – Filo – has decided to go into production to offer exhibitors and professionals solid tools to stimulate creativity and increase the search for innovation, offering an even more effective contribution to further enhance the more technical sphere of the sector, promoting not only the glamorous and aesthetic content, but above all the manufacturing one.

For each edition of Filo, a new Capsule Collection Made in Filo is created and manufactured, with new suggestions and new materials.
