Lurex® has strengthened its commitment through a fully eco-compatible waste management. Starting from September the transition to 100% recycled bobbins of all its products has begun.

Beside offering a fully GRS certified yarns collection Lurex® further engage to reduce its environmental footprint. From now on all bobbins and bicones used to supply unsupported yarns will be gradually replaced with their eco-friendly version.
Lurex® is the first metallic yarns producer to offer full traceability of its yarns, giving the opportunity to all customers to monitor the entire supply chain following step by step the origin of all raw materials used and their manufacture phases, giving in this way the opportunity to supply fully reliable certifications to all Italian customers.
