“The taste of sustainability” is on stage at Filo

During the 51st edition of Filo, the first floor of Palazzo delle Stelline is transformed into a space dedicated to the taste and food excellence of the Biella area.

In fact, on the first floor of the Palazzo delle Stelline the FiloLounge is located, the area reserved exclusively to exhibitors and press, where you can find during the two days of Filo a break from work, thanks to the cafeteria service provided by the organization. It is always in the FiloLounge that exhibitors and journalists can appreciate the two light lunches reserved for them, and it is still in the FiloLounge that the Filo-cocktail takes place, closing the first day of work of the Exhibition (the appointment is for 5.30 p.m. of February 27. For of the 51st edition of Filo the food products, wines and beers of the FiloLounge, accompanied by water Lauretana, are made available by ten companies of the Unione Industriale Biellese: Birra Menabrea, Biscottificio Cervo, Botalla Formaggi, Carni Botalla, Caseificio Pier Luigi Rosso, Centovigne, Gabba Salumi, Lauretana, Pasticceria Massera Gino, Proprietà Sperino. These same companies are also protagonists of the “Taste of sustainability”, the space opened in the two days of the 51 edition of Filo and located on the first floor of the Palazzo delle Stelline, where you can find all the information on the excellence of the food industry of the Biella area. The initiative is sponsored by Atl Biella, the agency for tourism of Biella territory.
