How to reach Filo at the new exhibiting area

The 53rd edition of Filo will be held on Thursday the 27th and Friday the 28th of February 2020 at the new venue of MiCo – Milano Convention Centre (via Gattamelata 5, Milan). In order to help visitors, we have prepared a short description showing the best way to reach Filo by car, taxi or tube from Milan’s airports or train stations.

Filo – How to reach the exhibition site

For people travelling by plane

From Malpensa

  • Shuttle-bus service to Fiera Milano City (journey time about 45 minutes – one-way ticket 8-10 €)
  • Taxi (fixed fare 95 € – transfer of about 40 minutes)

From Milano Linate

  • 73 Atm bus line connecting to the underground M1 line at Duomo (journey time about 38 minutes)
  • Shuttle-bus service to Milano Centrale Railway Station (journey time about 30 minutes – one-way ticket 5 €)
  • Taxi (taximeter fare – transfer of about 40 minutes)

From Orio al Serio

  • Shuttle-bus service to Milano Centrale Railway Station (journey time about 50 minutes – one-way ticket 7 €)
  • Taxi (fixed fare 120 € – transfer of about 45 minutes by highway A4)

For people travelling by train

From Milano Centrale Railway Station

  • M3 underground line “Gialla” (Yellow line) to Comasina: getting off at Zara stop connection to M5 line “Lilla” (Lilac line) to San Siro, getting off at Portello stop (about 27 minutes totally)

Or

  • M2 line “Verde” (Green line) to Assago: getting off at Garibaldi connection to M5 line “Lilla” (Lilac line) to San Siro, getting off at Portello stop (about 25 minutes totally)

From Milano Cadorna Railway Station

  • M2 line “Verde” (Green line) to Cologno or Gessate: getting off at Garibaldi stop connection to M5 line “Lilla” (Lilac line) to San Siro, getting off at Portello stop (about 20 minutes totally)

From Milano Garibaldi Railway Station

  • M5 line “Lilla” (Lilac line) to San Siro, getting off at Portello stop (about 11 minutes)

For the purchase of the ticket (2 €, valid up to 90 minutes):

  1. cafés, tobacco shops or newsstands
  2. (only for the underground): at the turnstile please use contactless cards belonging to the following circuits: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro and VPay

For people travelling by car

  • From all Milan’s bypasses please follow the signage to Fiera Milano City
  • For Filo’s visitors there is the reserved parking at the venue
