The opening ceremony of the 60th edition of Filo will be held at 10am on September the 20th and 21st, 2023 (at Allianz MiCo – Milan, via Gattamelata 5). The ceremony is dedicated to “Good, Healthy, Clean, Fair, and Durable textiles: Slow Fiber”, with a discussion introduced by Dario Casalini, founder of “Slow Fiber”. Among the speakers, Barbara Nappini, President of Slow Food Italia.

Filo crosses the finish line of sixty editions looking to the future of the textile system, as it has been in its mission since the beginning. Indeed, through the concept of “Good, Healthy, Clean, Fair and Durable Textiles: Slow Fiber”, the issue of sustainability acquires a broader and more complete meaning, reaffirming the values of the highest quality and professionalism of the best made in Italy textile tradition. During the Filo60 opening ceremony, Dario Casalini will discuss this central theme for the future of the textile industry with prestigious guests, representing the business and institutional world.
