Filmar focuses on digital with the Live Digital Experience

Filmar’s Live Digital Experience is an innovative, agile and safe service to enable customers and sector operators to interact in a personalized way with the company, through a virtual environment to discover new collections of sustainable yarns, colors, trends and much more. The service will be active from June 22nd to July 17th to offer clients and industry experts, such as fashion designers, style offices, knitwear factories, hosiery and weaving mills, the opportunity of the personalized guidance of a Filmar yarn consultant who will assist them in getting to know the new yarn collections.

Filmar Live Digital Experience is a virtual space for the presentation of Filmar new yarn collections. An innovative service made up of a digital meeting and of a physical “contact” with the selected samples that will be sent to the customer immediately after the selection done during the online meeting. An appointment for a video call with Filmar’s experts will be set up to illustrate the most suitable yarn for the customer’s needs. Collections will be presented keeping into consideration and focus Filmar’s sustainability strategy based on excellent raw materials, supply chain traceability and transparency of production processes.
A short survey conducted by Filmar to verify the validity of the idea, indicated that although the hope of majority of respondents was to return to normal, the possibility of being able to see the collections digitally is now perceived as a must. Digitization of services is seen as a way to both to respond to the needs of the moment and to project into the future with innovative, agile and safe tools. A service that will be strengthened and improved over time to stay connected to customers, near and far, creating networks and stronger bonds to effectively respond to their needs.
“In light of the profound change that the market has undergone in recent months, we want to look to the future with positivity and innovation. This complex and uncertain moment proved to be an opportunity to accelerate a digitization process, which Filmar had already started for some time, in order to simplify and customize the services offered to our customers” explained Michelle Marzoli, head of communication in Filmar.
