POLYESTER YARNS: 50 – 600 deniers, Semi Dull – Bright dope dyed FDY yarns. 75 – 900 deniers, Unicolor – Melange dope dyed DTY yarns. 50 – 5000 deniers, Dope dyed ATY yarns. Twisted FDY – DTY – ATY dope dyed yarns. NM3-NM6, PES dope dyed chenille yarns. 2000 – 8000 deniers, PES dope dyed fancy boucle yarns. POLYPROPYLENE YARNS: 50 – 1200 deniers, Bright and Semi Dull PP CF dope dyed multifilament yarns. 50 – 900 deniers, Bright and Semi Dull PP DTY dope dyed multifilament yarns. 150 – 5000 deniers, Bright – Semi Dull – Melange PP ATY dope dyed yarns. Twisted CF – DTY – ATY PP dope dyed yarns. PP dope dyed chenille yarns. UV stabilized yarns FRP is permanent Flame Retardant Polyester group of yarns. SUNOLE is an olefin based synthetic yarn which is durable to outdoor conditions. Due to additives and special pigments used in the production, Sunole provides high protection to sun and weather conditions, high color fastness and very limited tenacity loss in the material. SUNNAT is a polyester based synthetic yarn which is durable to outdoor conditions. Thanks to the special production process, anti-UV characteristics are incorporated into the polymer in order to become an intrinsic property of the polymer. During development of SUNNAT long term laboratory tests and real life trials are conducted and a high standard outdoor product has been created. TEXOLE yarn is manufactured by friction texturing of olefin material. This process gives volume, stretch and soft touch to the synthetic yarn. TURKTEX has a large product range, with a wide range of deniers and colors on texturized polypropylene yarns. WOOLNAT is 100% polyester yarn which is used as low cost substitute for wool in the fabrics for curtains, upholstery and fashion. This yarn provides us wool look and touch. Weaving efficiency is higher than wool. All finishing processes can be applied with ease such as FR treatment, water repellency. ReNAT is the recycled polyester yarns produced from used PET bottles. Recycled from post-consumer goods. Global Recycle Standart certified. ReNat yarns are applicable to any end use as virgin PET. Renat Flame Retardant version is avaliable. Renat Outdoor version is avilable. Renat Outdoor Flame Retardant version is available.
