Dyeing and finishing division

The company carries out dyeing and finishing processes mainly on shuttle fabrics in artificial and synthetic fibers but also on mono/bielastic fabrics and jersey.

The machinery used address their offer to a wide product sector from technical textile to athleisure, from fashion to furnishings. Finishing, which involves the integration and completion of the preceding procedures, has received the most attention in recent years from the company, which considers the development of this sector to be of strategic importance to the commercial product line and a key to company success as a whole.

Of great support to the dyeing and finishing departments There is a new laboratory that prepares technical data sheets for each fabric treated and provides customized lap dip for the most demanding customers.

Digital Printing Division

The company uses transfer, inkjet and UV printing machinery. Digital printing takes place both on customer fabrics and, on request, on our fabrics. The creative office guarantees the complete management of the drawings supplied or – on demand – the creation of new one.

ENERGY-CONSUMING

The company has invested in the field of energy saving and in the optimization of the consumption of energy sources. In addition to using innovative machinery, it has recently implemented models of heat recovery from dyeing and finishing processes – a real thermal saving that can also be viewed in real time inside the structure.
