Tex in Biella, in its new headquarters located in the wide premises in Via Campra 1, Occhieppo Superiore, is a point of reference for yarn finishing. We offer a wide range of processes and an in-house quality control laboratory, which gives our customers the possibility of having reports on the processed batches also using Mesdan Attrifil equipment. We also offer expert advice on product issues and winding, clearing, unwinding and reeling operations tailored to the customer’s needs with state-of-the-art machinery and in co-operation with the manufacturers Loepfe, Savio, SSM. The company has chosen to improve its clearing operations by standardizing the process with Zenit C, a cutting-edge machine for intercepting both light and dark pollution and classic defects. Tex in Biella is always looking for the best yarn processing, both in term of yarn clearing and splicing system (splicer, water splicer, thermo splicer and moist splicer) by investing in technology to offer its customers a comprehensive processing package and the possibility of relying on a single partner for more operations. We can satisfy both the quality of our operations as well as a quick delivery thanks to around 950 winding and around 300 unwinding heads. In addition, we are installing a reeling department and shortly a twisting department. We are also leader in dyeing preparation and we have installed, in collaboration with SSM, a state-of-the-art machine for precision winding of tapered soft packages, which guarantees a perfectly constant tension and electronically controlled yarn crossing. This minimizes non-uniformity of color after dyeing. Our service includes a steaming chamber, storage for direct delivery to customer in our warehouses, labelling of batches using a barcode system (we are RWS and GOTS certified), clear traceability of batches in progress and finished batches and the possibility of transport by our own means. For two generations Tex in Biella has been synonymous with fairness and confidentiality, two qualities that mean punctual delivery and are a source of pride for the owner and his 40 employees. Indeed, these latter represent the strength of the company, which has always relied on the human and professional value of highly specialized staff.
