Garanti Iplik is one of the most well-known spinning mills among the producers of melange yarns and in recent years has been significantly engaged in the development of sales in various world markets reaching export shares of 80% of the productions without neglecting its position in the Turkish national market. Our company started producing melange yarns in open-end in 1995 in Çorlu. Over time our production has changed direction and today we produce high quality ring yarns mostly for the following sectors of use; circular knitwear, shuttle weaving, straight knitwear and hosiery. We produce only melange yarns of the highest quality, creativity and imagination, offering an advantage to world designers for the infinite possibilities of processing and development.
GARANTI IPLIK AS is a leading company in MÈLANGE yarns mainly in pure cotton, pure viscose and their blends. With 40,000 spindles we are producing;
• Conventional, compact, siro-compact and various yarns for multiple end-uses within a range of Ne 6/1 – Ne 120/1.
• Fancy mélange yarns; jaspé, mouliné, slub, flammé, multicount, mini tweed and twisted.
• High quality mélange yarns with blends of modal, wool, linen, silk & cashmere.
• Organic cotton mélange yarns, certified by Control Union according to GOTS and OCS-100 standards.
• Stock-service for basic 100% cotton colours in single and two plies.
• All provided melange yarns are certified by “Oeko-Tex Standard 100 product class I”.
• Garanti Iplik is a member of BCI.
