ELASTEN® meets any request of stretch or simply wound yarns both for sale and third party work. We insert our Inox steel fibre in any yarn kind -one or two plies- or we can use any other customer’s particular fibre, for ex. Lurex, high tenacity yarns, conductive yarns or nylon monofilament for NO-IRON effects or as a support for possible devoré processing. For elasticizing we use bare, covered or thermoretractable elastomers.
Any newly conceived elastic/retractable fibre is first tested, then proposed to customers operating in many fields: fashion, furnishing, shoes, workwear, military and automotive.
SOFFUORT represents an innovative yarn line focused on high-tenacity solutions for demanding applications. It offers tear- and abrasion-resistant products made from certified materials and available in both elastic and non-elastic versions. This line is intended for military equipment, workwear, motorcycle apparel, and any application requiring exceptional durability.

Why not create a “STRETCH WITHOUT ELASTAN”?
BFlex® patented family of products meets such demand. The particular structure of such yarns creates natural elasticity on fabrics for knitwear or woven fabrics (suitable to warp and weft).
Obviously elasticity cannot be compared to the elasticity deriving from traditional elastomers but it completely meets the modern comfort requirements. Moreover, the handle and the surface appearing on knitted swatch or fabric are fully innovative, “technical”, “fluid” and “unexpected” considering the material on which said technology is applied. It can be applied on any material in any count both for sale and third-party processing. The above-mentioned family of patented products fully gets the concept of recyclable and compostable since they can be produced in mono composition with certified and 100% natural materials.
